Please click on the ads platform(s) below for simple instructions to grant access to that account.

If you already have Meta Business Manager, skip to step 2: Creating a Meta Ads Account
1. Login to your personal Facebook account on your browser.
2. In another tab, go to https://business.facebook.com/overview
3. Click “Create Account”
4. Enter your business name, your name, and your business email
6. Click “Submit”
You now have a Meta Business Manager account. Next, create a Meta Ads Account.
If you already have a Meta Ads Account inside your Meta Business Manager, skip to step 3: Granting Influicity Access to Meta Ads
1. Go to https://business.facebook.com/ and open your Business Manager account
2. In the left-hand menu, click the gear icon labeled “Settings”
3. Under “Accounts,” click the tab “Ad Accounts”
4. Click the blue “+ Add” button (this may say "Ad Assets")
5. Choose “Create a new ad account”.
6. Enter your ad account name, time zone, currency, and payment method
7. Assign yourself as the primary admin
8. Click “Create”
You’ve now created and added your ad account inside Meta Business Manager. Next, grant Influicity Access to Meta ads.
1. Go to https://business.facebook.com/
2. Select your Business Manager account
3. In the left-hand menu, click “Settings” (gear icon)
4. Under “Users,” click “Partners”
5. Click the blue “Add” button
6. Choose “Give a partner access to your assets”
7. When prompted, enter Influicity’s Business Manager ID: 2734990420059371
8. Click “Next”
9. Select the assets to share: Ad Account, Page, Pixel
10. For each asset, toggle on permissions like:
• Manage campaigns
• View performance
• Manage ad account
11. Click “Save Changes”
✅ Done. We’ll accept the access and take it from here!
(If you already have an ad account, skip to step 2: Granting Access to Google Ads)
1. Go to https://ads.google.com
2. Click “Start Now”
3. Sign in with your business Google account
4. When prompted to create a campaign, click anywhere to move to the next screen.
5. Enter your business name and website. Then click next.
6. Complete the next few steps, or click "skip".
7. When prompted, click "Leave Campaign Creation".
8. Fill in your country, time zone, currency, and payment information.
9. Click “Submit”
You now have a Google Ads account. Next, grant Influicity access to Google Ads.
1. Go to https://ads.google.com and log in
2. Click the wrench icon to access the Admin section. (This may be called something like Tools & Settings).
3. Under “Account Settings" click “Access and security”
4. Click the blue “+” button to invite a new user
5. In the email field, enter: adsmanager@influicity.co (Note: this is 'influicity.co', not 'influicity.com'.)
6. Under “Access level,” choose “Standard”
7. Click “Send Invitation”
✅ Done. We’ll accept the invite and get started!
(If you already have a TikTok Ads account, skip to step 2: Granting Access to TikTok Ads)
1. Go to https://business.tiktok.com/
2. Click “Sign Up”
3. Enter your business email, create a password, and complete the verification
4. Choose “Advertiser” as your business type
5. Enter your business name, time zone, and currency
6. Click “Create” to set up your TikTok Business Center account
7. Once inside Business Center, go to the left-hand menu and click “Assets,” then “Advertiser Accounts”
8. Click the “Add Advertiser Account” button and choose “Create New”
9. Enter your business information
10. Set your business as the owner and click “Confirm”
You now have both a TikTok Business Center and an Ads Account set up. Next, grant Influicity access to TikTok Ads.
1. Go to https://business.tiktok.com/ and log in
2. Click into your Business Center dashboard
3. In the top menu, click on your Ad Account
4. Once inside, in the left-hand menu, click “Users,” then click “Partner”
5. Click the “Add Partner” button
6. In the field provided, enter Influicity’s Business Center ID: 7169674768247996418
7. Choose “Assign assets”
8. Under “Ad Accounts,” select your ad account
9. Assign the role: “Admin”
10. Click “Assign"
11. Ensure you save or confirm before closing.
